Currently there is no easy way of getting the tool to do this, it would require manual work to modify the batch file that does the document collection. So officially, there is no easy way to do it. In theory however, you could edit the batch file and add a section for downloading of German language files. The problem with this though is that you would need to go an hunt down all the German language documentation index pages on vmware.com… For example:
http://www.vmware.com/de/support/support-resources/pubs/vsphere-esxi-vcenter-server-pubs.html
would get an entry in the file like this:
echo http://www.vmware.com/de/support/support-resources/pubs/vsphere-esxi-vcenter-server-pubs.html > %INPUT_FILE%
